App-wide preferences that apply across all cards.
Email notifications come from dashboard@concentus.com. The same toggles are also reachable from each card's โฎ menu.
The Concentus Dashboard is your home base for the day. Cards surface what needs your attention, pulled live from Salesforce, your calendar, and other connected systems.
Cards are organized into a flexible grid you can rearrange. The header gives you search, the App Center, and Quick Links. Your profile menu (top right) holds settings, customization, and this help guide.
To open the dashboard automatically every time you launch your browser:
Chrome
intranet.concentus.com and click AddEdge
intranet.concentus.com and click AddFirefox
intranet.concentus.comOpen Customize Layout from your profile menu to enter edit mode. While editing you can:
Click Done in the banner (or your profile menu again) to lock in your layout. Your arrangement is saved per user and follows you across devices.
The App Center (in the search bar row) is your launchpad for every tool the firm uses. Apps are grouped into sections by function.
The shield icon means the app is single-sign-on enabled, so no separate password is needed.
The main search bar runs against your default search engine. Click the engine logo to the left of the input to switch between DuckDuckGo, Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude on the fly.
To set a permanent default, open Settings from your profile menu and pick the engine you'd like the bar to use by default.
Quick Links is a compact menu (next to App Center) for one-click access to the websites you visit most often: firm policies, broker portals, common references.
Quick Links are managed firm-wide by an admin. If you'd like a link added, use Send Feedback at the top right of the dashboard.
Toggle dark mode using the moon/sun icon in the top right of the header. Your choice is remembered across sessions and applies the moment you click it. Cards, modals, and tooltips all switch theme together.
Spot a bug? Have an idea? Use the Feedback/Issues button at the top right of the dashboard. Pick a category, write a brief note, and submit. It goes straight to the operations inbox.
Feedback is the fastest way to get fixes prioritized and new features added.
